1. Who we are

MedFX is a trade name of Untappd Labs Inc., a Delaware C Corporation, with its address at 115 E 23rd St, Floor 12, New York, NY 10010. MedFX is a financial technology company, not a bank. MedFX does not accept or hold customer deposits.

2. Banking partners

Payment, foreign exchange and local-rail services are provided by licensed banking partners, subject to their terms, eligibility requirements and jurisdictional restrictions.

3. Not a healthcare provider

MedFX is a payments provider. It is not a healthcare provider, medical travel agency or referral service. We do not recommend, rate or endorse any clinic, practitioner or procedure. Clinics are solely responsible for their licences, their clinical care and their agreements with patients.

4. Digital assets

Some transfers settle over stablecoin networks between two fiat legs. Digital assets and the networks they run on carry technology, market and liquidity risk, including possible delay or loss. Digital assets are not legal tender and are not insured by the FDIC or any government deposit-insurance scheme. Customers are not required to hold digital assets, and MedFX does not offer investment products.

5. Restricted jurisdictions

We cannot serve clinics, owners or payers that are domiciled in, or that send or receive payments to or from, the following countries, because of sanctions, export controls and regulatory restrictions, including those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control and other international bodies:

Customers in some other countries are reviewed case by case, and those whose country and business profile fall outside our risk parameters may not be able to onboard. This list can change without notice.

6. Availability and timing

Supported currencies, payment methods, limits and availability vary by country and by partner. Settlement times are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on compliance reviews, banking hours, cut-off times and third-party networks. Fees, exchange rates and applicable taxes are disclosed before a transaction is confirmed.
