The problem
Patients are ready to pay. The payment gets in the way.
A patient abroad has decided on your clinic. Then comes the part nobody enjoys.
International wires arrive short.
Banks along the route can take a fee out of the transfer, so the amount that lands is lower than the amount that was sent. Your coordinator then chases the gap.
Cards put a processor and a dispute window between you and the money.
The patient's bank converts the currency, and a dispute can arrive after the procedure.
Matching payments to patients is manual.
Screenshots on WhatsApp, partial transfers and two patients with the same surname. Reconciliation lands on whoever is closest to the phone.
Who it is for
Built for clinics that treat patients from abroad
Plastic surgeons, hair transplant surgeons, dentists and orthodontists in Brazil, Mexico, Turkey and other medical travel destinations.
How it works
From a patient's bank app to your bank account
Four steps. Onboarding is done once. After that, each new patient gets their own payment details.
- 1
We verify your clinic
You send company documents and owner ID. We run identity, business and sanctions checks before any account opens.
- 2
Your patient gets local bank details
For each patient we issue payment instructions in their own currency: dollars, euros, pounds or dirhams, with a reference that ties the payment to them.
- 3
The patient pays by bank transfer
They send money from their own bank app, the way they pay a bill at home. No card, no international wire form, no IBAN guesswork.
- 4
You receive local currency
We convert and send reais, pesos, lira or another local currency to your bank account over Pix, SPEI, FAST or the local rail. You see the payment against the patient.
Behind the scenes, funds move over stablecoin rails so they can settle faster than through correspondent banks. Your patient pays in ordinary money and you receive ordinary money. You never need to hold or handle crypto. Read the details.
Rails and currencies
Local rails on both sides of the payment
Your patient uses the rail their bank already supports. You are paid on the rail your country uses every day.
