A patient in the United States can pay by ACH or Fedwire. A patient in Europe can pay by SEPA. A patient in the United Kingdom can pay by Faster Payments. Each payment is converted and sent to your Mexican account over SPEI.

SPEI payouts settle in real time once the funds have arrived and cleared on MedFX's side.

Border-city clinics in Tijuana and Los Algodones often take many smaller payments from US patients. A single patient reference keeps each patient's deposits and balances together.
