Business status. MedFX is a trade name of Untappd Labs Inc., a Delaware C Corporation. MedFX is a financial technology company, not a bank. MedFX does not accept or hold customer deposits. Payment, foreign exchange and local-rail services are provided by licensed banking partners, subject to their terms, eligibility requirements and jurisdictional restrictions.
Access and compliance. Use of the services requires successful completion of know-your-customer (KYC), know-your-business (KYB), anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing and sanctions screening checks, and is subject to ongoing transaction monitoring. We may request additional documentation at any time. Transactions may be delayed, restricted or declined for compliance, fraud-prevention or partner-policy reasons.
Availability and timing. Supported currencies, payment methods, limits and availability vary by country and by partner. Settlement times shown on this site are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on compliance reviews, banking hours, cut-off times and third-party networks. Fees, exchange rates and applicable taxes are disclosed before a transaction is confirmed.
Not a healthcare provider. MedFX is a payments provider. It is not a healthcare provider, medical travel agency or referral service, and it is not an agent of any clinic. MedFX does not recommend, rate or endorse any clinic, practitioner or procedure. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, tax or investment advice. Clinics are solely responsible for their licences, their clinical care and their agreements with patients, including refund and cancellation terms. Please do not send medical records or health information to MedFX.
Digital assets. Some transfers settle over stablecoin networks behind the scenes. Digital assets and the networks they run on carry technology, market and liquidity risk, including possible delay or loss. MedFX does not offer investment products, and customers are not required to hold digital assets. Digital assets are not legal tender and are not insured by the FDIC or by any government deposit-insurance scheme.
Restricted jurisdictions. MedFX cannot serve customers, or process payments to or from persons, in countries and territories subject to comprehensive sanctions or export controls, including those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control, the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United Nations. Data and terms. Personal and business information may be shared with service providers, compliance partners and authorities, as described in our Privacy Policy. By using MedFX you agree to our Terms of Service, acknowledge our Privacy Policy and accept the applicable partner terms.
Third-party marks and photography. Names of payment systems such as Pix, SPEI, FAST, SEPA, ACH, Fedwire and Faster Payments belong to their operators and are used only to describe compatibility. MedFX is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Photographs on this site are stock images that show models and locations, not MedFX customers (image credits).
